They’ve stood the test of time and have countered the idea that groups don’t last long due to infighting and egos.

An Australian foodie has shared his easy and delicious recipe for healthy KitKat bars that only uses five ingredients and is completely vegan and gluten free.    Cookbook author and Instagram-famous chef, Arman Liew, who goes by The Big Man's World online, demonstrated how to make homemade KitKat bars in a video posted to TikTok.  In the clip, the Melbourne chef said he was 'obsessed' with KitKars bars so created his own 'healthy, homemade' version using dairy-free chocolate chips, coconut oil, peanut butter, maple syrup and gluten-free Chex cereal.

Noah talks with Ned Jarrett, a former four-time NASCAR champion who is now a color analyst for CBS and ESPN, about the late stock car builder and driver Banjo Matthews, who died earlier this week. He says Matthews was a tough competitor, but always fair. Matthews stressed safety in his designs; an aspect of his work triggered by the death of a close friend and fellow driver. Matthews drew on his experience behind the wheel to create winning designs for race cars.
